About PayUnlock.me

PayUnlock.me lets creators sell digital files (e.g., photos, videos, documents) through a secure payment link. Buyers pay and instantly unlock the file for download.

Only users aged 18 or older. Creators must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into an agreement.

Creators may sell legitimate digital content they own or have rights to sell. Any +18 content must only be accessible after payment and never be publicly visible in thumbnails or previews (SFW previews only).

⚠️ Strictly prohibited (immediate termination and reporting to authorities):

CSAM/minors, non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality, human trafficking/exploitation, violence/abuse, and any illegal or IP‑infringing content. See our Content Policy.

No registration needed for buyers—just pay and unlock.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe—a world‑class, PCI‑compliant payment platform.

Credit/debit cards and digital wallets via Stripe. Buyers pay directly at checkout.

Euro (EUR). If buyers pay in a different currency, their bank/payment provider handles the conversion.

You may set a content price between:

  • Minimum: €1
  • Maximum: €1,000

These limits ensure fair pricing and compliance with payment processors.

Yes. The maximum file size per upload is 500 MB. For very large files, split them or host externally and provide a link.

After payment, buyers can:

  • Download for 7 days
  • Up to 5 download attempts

After this period or download count, access expires. Ensure buyers download files promptly and save them locally.

Refunds depend on the type of issue:

  • Technical issues: If a file is corrupted or missing, contact support.
  • No refunds if the file was delivered successfully. Digital content cannot be "returned."

"Power" is a tipping/support feature. Fans can send you one-time financial support ("Powers") ranging from €10 to €1,000.

How it works:

  • Fans choose a Power tier or enter a custom amount
  • Optionally include a personal message
  • You keep 80% of each Power (we take 20% as a platform fee)
  • Powers appear in your wallet balance instantly

Enable Powers in your profile settings to start receiving support from your community.

  2. 2 Choose a preset tier (€10–€1,000) or enter a custom amount
  3. 3 Optionally write a message for the creator
  4. 4 Complete payment via Stripe
  5. 5 Complete the secure payment via Stripe

💡 You don't need a PayUnlock account to send Power - anyone can support their favorite creators!

PayUnlock charges a 20% platform fee on all sales and Powers. You keep 80%. Stripe processing fees are separate and deducted by Stripe directly.

Payouts require successful KYC verification. Timing depends on Stripe/account verification status and payout processing. Payouts can be delayed if payout details are invalid or incomplete.

Yes. To monetize content and receive payouts, you must verify your identity (KYC). This is required by law and helps prevent fraud. Upload ID documents in your account settings.

Yes. Content that violates our policies or applicable law can be removed. Repeat infringers are subject to account suspension or termination. We respond to valid DMCA notices and counter‑notices.

We process what's necessary to operate the service (e.g., account info, connection and transactional data). Payment data is handled by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details and your GDPR rights.

Spanish law applies. Any disputes are handled in the courts of Barcelona, Spain. By using PayUnlock.me, you agree to these terms.
