1. Scope and Principles

PayUnlock.me allows creators to sell exclusive digital content. All users must be 18+ and comply with this policy and applicable law.

Important: Everything visible before payment (profiles, thumbnails, previews) must be safe for work (SFW). Any +18 content may only be accessed after payment.

2. Allowed Content

You may upload:

  • Photography, video, and digital art
  • Educational and entertainment content
  • Digital products, guides, and tutorials
  • Music, audio, and creative works
  • +18 content provided all requirements in this Policy are met

+18 content must never be publicly displayed before payment.

3. Prohibited Content (Immediate Termination)

Absolutely prohibited. Uploading any of the below triggers account closure and reporting to authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and minors in any form
  • Non-consensual content or failure to demonstrate consent
  • Human trafficking, exploitation, or violence
  • Incest, bestiality, rape, or other non-consensual acts
  • Hate or violence advocacy; terrorism
  • Copyright or trademark infringement; pirated material
  • Doxxing and dissemination of personal data without consent
  • Malware, spyware, or malicious code
  • Illegal activities or instructions to commit crimes

4. Moderation and Automated Detection

We may use third-party automated tools to detect illicit content. We do not manually review every file but will act diligently upon valid notices.

  • Reject or remove content
  • Request additional verification or documentation
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Report to authorities where appropriate

5. Identity Verification, Age Verification, Consent, and Public Display

5.1 Mandatory Creator Verification (KYC)

All creators must complete identity verification before uploading any content.

This is a non-negotiable requirement to:

  • Verify you are 18+ years old
  • Confirm your legal identity
  • Prevent fraud and illegal activities
  • Comply with legal obligations (AML/KYC)
  • Maintain platform safety and trust

You must submit a valid government-issued photo ID. Documents are processed securely and deleted upon verification completion. Attempting to bypass verification or submitting fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent ban.

5.2 Participant Age and Consent Requirements

For any content featuring identifiable people:

  • All participants must be 18+: You are solely responsible for verifying and documenting the age of all people appearing in your content
  • Written consent required: You must obtain and retain written consent from all participants, acknowledging the nature of the content and its commercial distribution
  • Model releases: Keep signed model releases accessible for potential verification requests
  • Consent withdrawals: If a participant withdraws consent, you must immediately remove the content

We may request proof of consent and age documentation at any time. Failure to provide this within 48 hours will result in content removal and potential account termination.

5.3 Public Display Requirements (SFW)

Everything visible before payment must be safe for work:

  • Profiles, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and previews must be SFW
  • No explicit displays before payment
  • Honest, non-misleading descriptions
  • Compliance with payment processor guidelines

6. Copyright and Ownership

You must own rights or hold necessary licenses for all uploaded content, including:

  • Image and video rights
  • Music/audio rights
  • Model releases for people depicted
  • Location permissions where applicable

7. Content Descriptions

Descriptions must be truthful and not misleading. Any bait-and-switch practices will result in immediate termination.

8. Quality and Format

Files must:

  • Be functional (not corrupted)
  • Not contain third-party watermarks (you may add your own)
  • Respect size limits
  • Use widely supported formats

9. Reports and Takedowns

To report content, use the contact page. We process good-faith reports within reasonable timeframes.

10. Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Warnings and strikes
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Forfeiture of earnings and pending payouts
  • Reporting to authorities for illegal content

11. Updates

We may update this Policy due to legal or platform changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
